I spent 12 years working in the accounting world and just recently made the decision to go pursue my passion full time. Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside of a gym I can tailor your plan to the access you have equipment to. I also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
